We typically book out around 3 weeks in advance, with dates filling even earlier during busy seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and other major holidays.

As every order is uniquely designed, pricing varies depending on the style, details and level of customisation required. No two cookie sets are exactly the same!

As a guide, our custom cookies start from $69 per dozen for a simple design. More intricate designs may include additional details such as multiple colours, hand-piped elements, edible images, metallic accents or specialty finishes.

Character cookies start from $8 each.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your order and reserve your event date.

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received. Any unpaid invoices will remain open for 7 days, after which the booking will be automatically released.

Yes! We offer Australia-wide shipping, as well as local pickup options.

Every order is packed with love, care and plenty of protective packaging to help ensure your cookies arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Please note that once your order has been lodged with a courier provider, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss or damage that may occur during transit.

All cookies are individually heat-sealed in food-safe cello bags, making them ready to hand out to guests at your event.

If your cookies are intended for a dessert table, grazing platter or display, please let us know when ordering and we can package them accordingly.
